When you want to use the label printer, you must inform us as there are some things to configure on the PlanManager side.
For printer installation please refer to the printer manual.
To use the printer in PlanManager you must replace the standard roll of labels with a 62mm roll continuously (which is removable without leaving traces).
You must set the labels at 62mm x 29mm.
Go to the Printer Setup screen in Windows, right click and select "properties" and click "preference settings". Here you can specify the format you want to use.
