Next to the field "Date of appointment" is an icon of a small cup of coffee.

This icon indicates whether a customer is waiting or not.

If you click it, the icon will turn black which will mean that it will be active.

If you click save, the icon will be displayed in the job list next to the date of appointment.

This icon will also show up in the "Planning In / Out" report.
