Add photos from gallery

From the new release of our inspector3 application it will be possible to add photos from the gallery to the file. This ensures that in the event of an internet problem, the photos can be taken via the camera of the phone and later added to the file in the inspector3 via the import button.

It is possible to select multiple photos at the same time and import them into the inspector3 application.

Credits

As of the current release, a popup will appear on the screen if there are not enough credits in the database. If you get this message, you can top up the credits by going to System Credits. When the credits are not topped up, there are certain functionalities in PlanManager that will no longer work. For example, the applications, SMS, survey system, digital orders, dms datastore and the self-service portal work via the credit system. Try to update these in time so that no functionalities are lost.

Files in the safe

An extra log was added. From this release it will also be possible to find in the logs who moved a file to the safe. The logs will show which user has locked or unlocked a file. You can find this log under System - logs - value = 'file unlocked' or 'file locked'.

Configuring the calendar

A new configuration has been added which makes it possible to determine the time blocks in the calendar. This in order to correctly display the real time of the appointments in the calendar. You can find this configuration under System - General settings. - CALENDAR_EVENT_DURATION.

Block colours

In the June release note, the system of colours for the block numbers was proposed to improve visuality. This was further elaborated so that the colour of the block number can also be seen in various places in the workshop app. Previously, the colour had already been added to the running tasks. Now you can also find it at

  • Scheduled tasks (overview screen)

  • Active files (overview screen)

  • On the details page of the file, this only happens if the block field is visible.

These changes will be visible from the new release of the workshop application.

Planning in/out report.

An extra colour indication was added to the report. If a car is not brought in at the scheduled time, this car will have a grey background in the report. This is to make it visually clear that this car will not enter / will enter too late. The car will also no longer be included in the planning of the departing vehicles.

PLAN_TRAFFIC_LIGHT_TIMES

A new configuration was added in PlanManager. This configuration will indicate whether a car has been planned correctly based on the repair appointment and the planned end date. The following values can be set in the configuration:
Treshold_start_date= Time (expressed in minutes) after which all tasks should be scheduled as soon as the car has arrived (based on the repair date). If no repair appointment is scheduled, this configuration will work based on the 'vehicle in' date.

Treshold_completion_date= Time (expressed in minutes) for which tasks are to be scheduled (based on the scheduled end date).
This setting can be added visually to the schedule.

The option 'traficlight' has been added to the configuration PLAN_BLOCK_ENTRY. A green, yellow or red ball will be visible on the planning if the configuration is set active.

The colours in the planning are determined in the following way:

  • Green: the end of the last scheduled task on this file is less than the value entered in the configuration (Treshold_completion_date).
    EN
The start of the first task on this file is less than the value entered in the configuration

  • (Treshold_start_date)
Yellow: the end of the last scheduled task on this file is less than the value entered in the configuration (Treshold_completion_date).
    EN
The start of the first task on this file is greater than or equal to the value entered in the configuration (Treshold_start_date)

  • Red: the end of the last scheduled task on this file is greater than or equal to the value entered in the configuration (Treshold_completion_date).

Caps Interest code functionaly (only for UK)

To use this functionaly you can activate the permissions going to System – Usergroups - ‘System’- customized settings- caps rulebook. When the permissions are activated you can navigate to System – customize settings- Caps rule book.
